WHEREAS, the applicant has subriitted an app-f_ication requesting approval of
modification of architecture for a commercial building with exhibits regarding
the property as indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO?�IITTEE RECO11MENDS approval of the
modification of architecture subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and
as indicated on Exhibit C and subject to the following additional conditions.
I
1. That the chimney flue plan encompass a redwood box trim
similar to that now existing on the mechanical screening
for the. Rancho De Anza building.
20 That the subject flue plan shall include the planned
skylight as described on Exhibit C.
3. That the height and construction of the flue shall be
the minimum height in accordance with uniform building
node.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED. AND ADOPTED this 8th day of November, 1972, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote
