WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, grading, architecture, landscaping, lighting and undergrounding of
utilities for a light industrial building with exhibits regarding the
property as indicated:

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,

TH-REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO11MITTEE RECOM,11ENDS approval of site,
grading, architecture, landscaping, lighting and underground.ing of util<i_ties
subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, B9
B-•-1 and C and subject to the following additional conditions
1. That two light standards be.provided in the north parking lot
20 That the ground cover planting placed adjacent to the peripheral parking
on. the southern part of the project be extended to the easterly property
line,. additionally three or four trees be planted in the subject area.
3. That the trees on the east boundary be Monterey Pine .of twenty
.(20) ft., on centers.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the, approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application,

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino;
