For some reason, possibly economics, this s- n was never
erected,. Mr. Dorcich wished at.this ti.trie to erect this same
sign. It is in conformity with the others in this shopping
center.

approval to build a duplex on Lot 69 he recently received
approval for essentially the same building on Lot 2. The
four others are already built.
These duplexes sell for from $35,250 to ,')5,650-
In this case, the owner wan„s to do h.iS own landscaping after
Mr. Cada has had it graded. Th-e que, '`: ion came tip as to whoa,
was responsible to the H-.Control, then, for t.},.e landscaping.
Mr. Cada said that he will see to it that any information
about conditions on the approval of this application will be
transferred to the owner and that they will be adhered to.
All the other lots have lawns and shrubs except one, which
has rocks and cactus in the front yard.
It was decided that final landscape plans or proof of intent
shall be approved before the final inspection.

application 1.69•-HC.-65, per the plan ,submitted and subject to
the H-Control Standard Check L;.st and landscaping plans are
to be approved before final. inspection is given.
