at the.regular H-Control meeting on February 23rd.
IV APPLICATION
A. Application 92-HC-63.. John Rintala, 21705 Stevens Creek
Blvd., Cupertino, resubmitting for Architectural and
Site approval of change in original plan. (continued)
Mr. Rintala submitted a rough sketch of his proposal, explain-
ing that he has a good set of plans, done by a draftsman,
but that the man is out of town and the plans were unavailable.
He said he plans to have large exposed aggregate bowls for
containers for the shrubs.
Chairman Small explained that, without an official drawing,
it makes it difficult for the Building Inspector to do his
Job —'The Commission is willing to go along with the improve-
ments, but it is necessary to have a detailed (not
necessarily expensive) plan on which to base their decision.
Mrs. Ann. Anger, 10185 Empire Avenue, Monta Vista, wanted to
be sure that her objections to enlargment of this type of
business along Stevens Creek Blvd. is recorded.
Moved by Comm. Horgan, seconded by Comm. Nuzum, to postpone
application 92-HC-63 for one week to enable the applicant to
submit detailed plans.
