MINUTES OF THE H-CONTROL COMMITTEE MEETING OF AUGUST 10, 1965.

1. Chairman Horgan said he had checked with the City Manager
regarding the situation at the Park Avenue Apartments
which came to light under Verbal Communications at the
last meeting. He said the City Manager said this was
fine that the H-Control is keeping abreast of this sort
problem, but this is an administrative problem and the
staff will take care of it. Whenever H-Control c9mes
across a problem like this, he would appreciate hearing
from them.
III MINUTES OF THE H-CONTROL COMMITTEE MEETING OF JULY 27, 1965.
Moved by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Small, that the Minutes
of July 27, 1965, be accepted -as read.

IV APPLICATIONS
A. Application: 180-HC-65, C. B. Chrisman, 654 Georgia Avenue,
Palo Alto, requesting.Architectural & Site Control Approval,
of the landscaping plan for the Medical -Dental Building
located on Town Center Lane,
Mr. Chrisman brought in detailed landscaping plans for the
H-Control Committee to review. He `explained that the same
people who planned the landscaping will also plant and main-
tain it.
® Moved by Mr. Fitch, seconded by Mr. Small, that application
180-HC-65 be recommended for approval, per the landscaping plans
submitted for the Medical -Dental Building located on Town Center
Lane.

Mr. Vince Alomia, 1327 Moir4>on, Los Altos, presented the plans to
the Committee. He explain6d they include medium shake roofs
and 3-car garages and more'lthan enough parking spaces in front
to conform with the parking ratio® He said'the rear units will
haV'e 3 bedrooms and 2 bat''h5 and the front units will have 3
bedrooms and 1 bath,
Landscaping plans are to bE submitted at a later date,'

Architectural & Site Control Approval to construct a
Chapel, Unit 1, on McCiellan Road, between Saratoga -Sunnyvale
Road and Stelling Road;l; adjacent to the Episcopal Church to
the east.
Moved by Mr. Nuzum, secondeld by Mr. Fitch, that application
193-HC-65 be postponed until the next regular meeting because
the applicant was not pr.es8nt
Motion carried, 4-0
It turned out that the appilcants were out in front, wondering
where the meeting was being held.
