Mr': Chrisman..presented plans of' the tenant signs for the
three professionals buildings facing South Saratoga-
Sunnyvale Rd. Signs.are to be aluminum leaf, outlined
in black, letters to 'be ivory in ..c.zlor with brown .back-
ground to blend .with the buildings..
After much discussion, Mr. Chrisman. stated he was willing
to have buildings checked before decision is made.
Moved by Mr.'Fitch,` seconded by Mr. Small that Application-
1.73-HC-65, relating to standard tenant signs for the
Cupertino Town Center, be poEtp'ened until Mr. Chrisman
request further action.

Application: 180-HC-65. Mr. Chrisman requested'a,blanket
approval- of the remaining buildings ' of Phase I°I- with' the
provision that he will appear before Archit'ectu.ral & Site
Control Committee if any changes are made in the archi-
tecture, which they 'do 'not propose to do.'' The buildings
are essentially a duplication of .the rest. of"the buildings.

Mr. Chrisman presented the landscape plans of the 2
medical buildings.' Planting schedule of these buildings
are the same type of trees and shrubs as the professional
buildings facing Saratoga -Sunnyvale Rd.
Moved by Mr. Small, seconded by Mr. Fitch, that Application
201-HC=65 be recommended for approval.

represented the La,Cresta Improvement Assoc.
Mr. Bradford presented the plan ,of the entrance monuments.
This is to be erected at the entrance of Salem Ave. and
Alpine Drive. He feels this will help advertise the fact
that there are additional property for sale.
Mr. Small stated that there is a problem with the square
footage. The ordinance allows a maximum of 50 sq. ft.
Suggestion was made to either obtain a variance or reduce
the size .of the monument. It was decided that 5'X 11'
would be more in. proportion.
Background to be of natural fieldstone and black wrought
iron lettering of "La Cresta." "Income Estates" sign to
be made of wood and is to be removed after completion of
development. Low growing evergreens to be planted and
will be maintained by the homeowners.
Moved by Mr. Fitch, 'seconded by M. Small, that Application
207_HC-65 be recommended for approval, subject to the 10
Standard Conditions and following items as per plan submitted
and notations thereon..
