A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COPNIRMITTEE
OF THE CITY CUP1:R 'FT OF 'INO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application to replace
an existing Richfield Service Station sign with a new ARCO sign
with exhibits regarding the property as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: ARCO (,Atlantic Richfield Company)
APPLICANT: Otsen Signs
ADDRESS: 152 Kennedy Ave., Campbell, Calif. 95008
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast cornet of intersection of
Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Silverado Avenue
ZONE: CG
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO1\,TMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the signing subject to the following conditions:
I.
1. Approval is granted for the sign as indicated on
Exhibit B.
2. That an existing -planting area at the base of the

sign be landscaped with plan to be approved by
the Architectural and Site Approval Staff
Committee.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to approval of the
City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1970, at a
regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval
