A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application to construct
a 4-unit apartment building with exhibits regarding,the property
as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: -James J. and Liana C. Melcher.
APPLICANT: Melcher Construction
ADDRESS: 695 Veterans Blvd., Redwood City, Calif. 94-063
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Salem Ave. near Foothill Blvd.
ZONE: R3-2.2
FIRE ZONE: 3
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE R.ECONLMENDS
approval of the application subject to the Architectural and
Site Approval Standard Conditions of Approval, as attached
and made part of this resolution, and the further condition,
as follows:
S. That the landscaping be installed at the time of
the development prior to the issuance of the final
inspection and subject to the Architectural and
Site Approval Standard Conditions.

All conditions outlined herein are subject to approval of the
City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1970, at a
regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval
Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
