Robert Dempster 20325 Stevens Creek Blvd. Cupertino, Calif. 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of intersection of Foothill Blvd. and Silver Oak Way 'LONE: C-1 FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the following elements of the development: Site Layout Architecture Landscaping Lighting �a subject to the Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions of Approval, as attached and made part of this -resolution, and the further conditions, as follows: S. That a condition be attached to a development agreement requiring the developer to agree to the elimination of driveway access and egress to Foothill Blvd. at such time as deemed desir- able by the city based upon traffic conditions. 6. The applicant shall delineate three automobile parking spaces per service bay with automobiles awaiting service to be parked within the desig- nated areas. 7. Outdoor display of merchandise such as tire racks, stacks of tires, vending machines, et- cetera shall not be permitted. 8. Outdoor servicing of automobiles other than the dispensing of gasoline and oil and replacing of minor parts, such as water hoses, fan belts, et cetera is not permitted.
