A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application for screening
for walk in cooler -freezer with exhibits regarding the property
as indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed
the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site
plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the construction of screening to accommodate a walk
in cooler -freezer and modification of existing fence for garbage
containers subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval is granted as indicated on Exhibits A, B,
C, D and E.
2. That the area adjacent to the proposed -screening.
be provided with a concrete berm creating an area
for landscaping to be approved by the ^.rchitectural
and Site Approval Staff Committee prior to Council
review.
3. Approval granted subject to H-Control Standard
Conditions.'
4. The color of the fence will be identical with the
existing building.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to approval of the
City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application —
