WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Conimittee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'J"HA-11' THE CONMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the site plan, architecture, landscape plan, lighting
plan, signs and -underground utilities subject to the-H-Control .
Standard Conditions, as attached and made part of this resolution,
and the further conditions, as follows:
e., That a condition.be'attached to a development agreement -
requiring the developer to agree to the elimination of
driveway access and egress to Foothill Blvd. at such
time as deemed desirable by the. city based upon traffic
conditions.
f the Ae applicant shall -delineate "three automobile parking

to be parked within the designated areas.
g Outdoor display of merchandise such as tire racks,
stacks of tires, vending machines, et cetera, shall not
be- permitted.

Maximum height of ground sign to be twenty (20) feet
in accordance with the city ordinance and exhibits
submitted.
All conditions outlined herein are subject'to the approval of
the City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1970, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
