A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of deviation from Crossroads Shopping'Center master
sign plan with exhibits regarding the property as indicated.
PROPERTY OWNER: Mrs. Pauline Woodruff
APPLICANT: Federal Sign and Signal Corporation
ADDRESS: 1521 Terminal Ave., San Jose 95112
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Crossroads Shopping Center adjacent to
Mervyn's Department Store
ZONE: CG
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the deviation from the Crossroads Shopping Center
master sign plan subject to the following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions
2. This deviation will not apply for other shops already
approved.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to approval of the
City Council and their action is required.for final approval
of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 1970, at a
regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval
Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
