A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval for sign with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated.

reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the sign plan subject to the following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions, and as indicated on
Exhibits A and B.
2. Top of sign to be level with top of existing windows.
3. Sign to display green letters constructed of wood
with raised letters on white background.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of
the City Council and their:acti.on is required for final approval
of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 1970, at a
regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee
of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following
