A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF
THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of sign plan with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated.
PROPERTY OWNER: Robert M. Erving
APPLICANT: Pascco Signs
ADDRESS: 1256 Birchwood, Sunnyvale, Calif. 94086
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 20060 Stevens Creek Blvd.

FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed
the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of
the sign plan subject to the following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibits A, B and C.
2. That the sign be removed from the chimney as shown
on Exhibit C.
3. Planter to be enlarged to encompass the sign and
provide additional landscaped area; landscaping
to be approved by staff Architectural Advisory
Committee.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the
City Council and their action is required for final approval of
this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1971, at a regular
meeting of.the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of.the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
