Reso 0038RESOLUTION NO. 38 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of site and architecture, modification of approved plans, with exhibits regarding the property as.indicated. Box 115, Campbell,95008 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Foothill Blvd. and Stevens Creek Blvd. ZONE: RIC-2.9 FIRE ZONE: 3 WHEREAS, the Architectural and.Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics .and site play, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the site plan.and architectural plan, subject to the following conditions: 1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, B, C, and D. 2. That the garage driveway alignments be modified for Building E to reorient the door of two garages toward adjacent alleyways rather than toward street permitting development of additional landscaping along the street frontage where rows of driveways would otherwise be objectionable. (This recommendation subject to.the approval of the Planning Director or Commission with regard to site plan and tentative map requirements.)
