Reso 0046RESOLUTION NO. 46 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY.OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of landscaping and lighting for townhouses with exhibits -regarding the property as indicated. PROPERTY OWNER: Sterling Home Developers APPLICANT: ADDRESS: P. 0. Box 115, Campbell 95008 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Foothill Blvd. and Stevens Creek Blvd. ZONE: R1C-2.9 FIRE ZONE: 3 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard.to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of landscaping plan and lighting plan, subject to the following conditions: 1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4, and A-5; 2. That all landscaping be installed and Unit 2 of the subdivision shall be in proportion to that utilized - in Unit 1 of the subdivision; 3. That trees bordering the P.G.&E. substation shall be a minimum of fifteen (15) gallon size. All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council and their action is required for final approval of this application. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1971, at a regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval.
