WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of site plan and architectural plan.for professional
offices and related commercial with exhibits regarding the
property as indicated.

of the site plan and architectural plan, subject to the following
conditions:
1. H-Control Standard.Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibits A, A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4 and B.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the
City Council and their action.is required for final approval of
this application.
