Reso 0052RESOLUTION NO. 52 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval for sign plan with exhibits -regarding the property as indicated. PROPERTY OWNER: Diversified Properties APPLICANT: Westridge Florist ADDRESS: 19872 Merritt Dr., c/o James Small LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard ZONE: CG and South Blaney Avenue FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the sign plan, subject to the following conditions: 1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibit A. 2. Alternate color plan for sign to be utilized with "blue" WESTRIDGE and "purple" FLORIST. All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
