OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of architecture for screening air conditioning units
with exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics,
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval
of the architectural plan, subject to the following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibit A.
2.. Screening 'to enclose all four sides:with gate
provided for access.
3. Stain used on screen to be same as walls of. building
to blend with..the color,scheme.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the
City Council and their action is required for final approval of
this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1971, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State.of.California, by the following roll
