A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND. SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF
THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the original approved site plan for this.development,
Del Oro Construction Company, Application #358-HC-68, called for
a strip of landscaping approximately fourteen (14) feet in width
along the frontage of Mary Avenue, and as a result of. construction
the landscaped area may not be provided.

reviewed the conditions of approval and has modified them,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval
of the revised landscaping plan, subject to .the following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions
2. One and one-half (12) foot high redwood planter box
be constructed to surround all narrow planter areas
,fronting Mary. Avenue.
Planters to be subject to approval of staff committee.
All conditions outlinedherein are subject to the approval of the
City Council and their action is.required.for final approval of
this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1971, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval.Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
