A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of sign plan with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated.
PROPERTY OWNER: Ed Yamaoka
APPLICANT: Imperial Construction Co., Inc.
ADDRESS: 180 E. Sunnyoaks Ave., Campbell 95008
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Portal Plaza Shopping Center
ZONE: CG
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed
the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site
plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the sign plan, subject to the following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibit A.
2. That sign be located on canopy between projecting
laminated beams with the measurement between the
top of exposed beam surface and the top of the sign
in place not to exceed one (1) foot.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the
City Council and their action is required for final approval of
this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1971, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of
Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote:
