WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of lighting, signs and undergrounding of utilities
with exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval
of the lighting, signs and undergrounding of utilities,.subject
to H-Control Standard Conditions, and as indicated on Exhibits
A, B, C, D, E, and F. .
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of
the City Council and their action is -required for final approval
of this application.
City Council attached the following condition: That the mound
on which the sign is to be located, be landscaped with plants
or alternate material; and is to be approved by the staff.
