Reso 0087RESOLUTION NO. 87 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of architecture of appurtenance screening on the roof of the Azuma Restaurant with exhibits regarding the property as indicated. Yamaoka ADDRESS: 781 Wolfe Road, Sunnyvale, California 94086 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Portal Plaza Shopping Center ZONE: CG FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the plan submitted subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibit Revised A. Also as per the additional conditions: 1. The height -of the screen.to be no higher than 36 feet, .preferably lower. 2. The screen shall be.set back from east wallthe maximum distance possible, 3. The length of the scree_ning.facing easterly towards Sears shall be extended northerly.to a point.equal in distance as the south end of the screen from the south wall.
