A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted.an application requesting
approval for site,.architecture,.landscapin.g,-lighting and signs
for remodeling the existing service station, with exhibits regard-
ing the property as indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and.Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval
of the site, architecture, landscaping, lighting and signs, sub-
ject to the H-Control Standard'Conditions'and as indicated on
Exhibits B, C and D, and subject also to conditions (a) through
(f) of the staff report attached, with the following additional
conditions:
1. The mansard roof is to be extended around the entire
building; the roof to be more of a -sloping mansard
type with a wider overhang.
2. Four 15-gallon -trees to be planted in tree wells of
some type installed along the northerly boundary.
3. Price signs to be incorporated into the pylon sign.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of
the City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.

meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino,.State of California, by the following roll
