A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
sign approval with exhibits -regarding the property as indicated.

11,V1IEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval
of the sign plan, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and
as indicated on Exhibits A, B, C, D, E and F, and subject to the
following condition:
1. That the color of the background be changed to
light yellow with black letters; the pole sign
to conform to existing colors.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of
the City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1971, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
call vote:
