regarding the property as indicated.

MEHIREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THE:,FORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COTLiITTEE RECM_IENDS approval of the
site, architecture and landscaping, subject to the H-Control Standard
Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1, B, C, and D and subject to
the following additional conditions:
1. That at the -southerly parking area the landscape planter above
the retaining wall be planted with plants which will drape over
this wall.
2. That at the top of the retaining walls surrounding the parking
area a railing shall be installed to provide safety on the nigher
top area.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and "their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 1971, at a regular meeting
of the Architecture and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
