Reso 0121rs RESOLUTION No. 121 A i�LSOLtiTIGN OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE AP PitOVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO T�,HEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of alternate architecture, landscaping and lighting for a townhouse development with exhibits regarding the property as indicated PROPERTY OWNER: Ditz-Crane APPLICANT: Ditz-Crane ADDRESS: 168 Jackson Street, San Jose, California 95112 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Homestead Road and Blaney Avenue ZONE: P (Planned Development) R1C FIRE ZONE: 3 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Co-,,mittee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COI,2IITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the alternate architecture, landscaping and lighting for a townhouse development, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1 thru K and Planning Commission Resolutions as attached and subject to the following further conditions: 1. That the fence along the freeway be restudied to provide a breaking of the linearity of the fence, this to be done by massing of some "landscaping at selected points along the wall or.by using plants that would drape the exterior of the wall. 2. The trailer area be screened from visibility of the freeway by introducing some fast growing plants, tall shrubbery that will exceed twelve (12) feet in height at maturity. All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
