°AW` A RESOLUTION OF TIE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CO-2\2iITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
l,HEREAS, .Measurex presented an application to the Architectural and Site
1pproval Committee requesting approval of site, architecture, lanascaping,
signing, lighting and underg-rounding of utilities which application was
approved by that body on March 17, 1971;
tiTHEREAS, at the time of approval verbal ssurance was given to the Committee
that any appurtenance on the roof would be below the level of parapet wall
height and not be visible from any level except directly above.
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions prohibits
such appurtenances from being visible from the roof.
TWHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Architectural and Site
Approval Committee that appurtenances are visible above the -roof on the
Measurex building.
TTEREFORE, this Committee does request the City Council°s attention to this
matter before completion of the building.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 1971, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California9 by the following roll call vote:
