That the proposed development conforms to Urban Design Guidelines contained in Resolution No. 330 of this Committee. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
