OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE

SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR
THREE OFFICE BUILDINGS CONSISTING OF A TOTAL OF
APPROXIMATELY 37,200 SQ. FT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed development is consistent with the intent and
provisions of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1908.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall
• apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, B-1, C and E
of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. Subject to staff approval at the building permit level, the landscape
plan shall be revised to incorporate the following materials:
a. Grouping of at least three (3) trees in proximity of the De Anza
Boulevard mounding; minimum size of said trees shall be 15 gal.
b. Planter box containers adjacent to the west elevation of Buildings
A and B; shrubbery materials within said containers shall be a
minimum of 5 gallon in size.
11. The final landscape plan submitted at the building permit level shall
specify the precise number, type, and size of all planting materials
depicted in the approved conceptual plan.
12. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall retain
the authority to review lighting intensity of any exterior fixtures
approved under this application and to require correction of off -site
intrusion impacts.
13. The signing portion of the subject application is not approved at this
time, and is continued to a date uncertain.
