Reso 0870HC-51,088.41 RESOLUTION NO. 870 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING' -DESIGN CRITERIA FOR A FREE-STANDING SIGN FOR A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL SITE. ADDRESS: 10060 Bubb Road, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of Bubb Road in the West Valley Industrial Park ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed sign design concept, as amended by conditions contained herein, is consistent with provisions contained in Section 1.03.3 a, b, and c of Ordinance No. 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall ® apply. 9. The recommendation.of approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 1st Revision of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. Precise sign design criteria shall be subject to staff review and approval prior to release of building permits. The final design shall reflect an increase in depth of wooden material, as well as the incorporation of a substantial base for the sign. ll.
