OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR
AN EMPLOYEE FACILITIES BUILDING CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 24,000 SQ. FT., TO BE LOCATED ON A
PORTION OF AN EXISTING LIGHT INDUSTRIAL SITE.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. That the proposed development will enhance the overall appearance of the subject
industrial! site-'.and.provide°a desirable -'service -function to- employees thereof.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-3. As chitectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist; the special conditions as enumerated herein shall
apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, A-1, B, B-1 and.
C of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
1.0. Exhibit B-1 shall be revised prior to the building .permit level to reflect
the deletion of south elevation individual lettering.
11. The final landscape plan submitted at the building permit level shall
specify the precise number, type and size of all planting materials
depicted in Exhibit C.
12. Precise details shall be supplied at the building permit level concerning direct
overhead entrance lighting conceptually approved by.'.th-p �-Architectural-and';Site
Approval Committee.
13. Signing is not a portion of subject application.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1979, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
