RESOLUTION NO. 875 (MINUTE ORDER)
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REQUESTING THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL RESCIND CONDITION 18 OF PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 1649 FOR PURPOSES OF PRECLUDING FUTURE
ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE REVIEW OF
TRACT 6028 DEVELOPMENT GRADING PLANS.
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds that their technical
expertise does not permit qualified review of grading plans for subject
hillside subdivision. Accordingly, it is the Committee's intent to forego
this designated responsibility, with the understanding that approval of
future grading plans shall be contingent upon satisfactory resolution
by the applicant of all concerns expressed by Public Works and Planning
Department staffs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1979, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
