OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF MODIFICATIONS TO SITE AND ARCHITECTURE FOR A
NEW OFFICE COMPLEX.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed site and architectural modifications are satisfactory
revisions to this application.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
• 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A lst Revision and
B-3 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. Exhibit A lst Revision shall be modified at the building permit level to
depict a 6 ft. height in the masonry wall located at the easterly and
southerly property lines of subject site. Masonry wall details shall be
submitted for staff approval at the building permit level; subject wall
shall match in appearance the existing wall situated southwesterly of the
property.
