Reso 08893 HC-51,442.11 RESOLUTION NO. 889 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE • OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A NEW MINI -STORAGE FACILITY. PROPERTY OWNER: Dividend Development Corporation APPLICANT: Gauger Sparks Silva ADDRESS: 129 Hyde Street, San Francisco, California 94102 LOCATION,OF.PROPERTY: Adjacent to and southerly of Freeway 280 right of way and easterly of North Blaney Avenue. -----=-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The approved sign program is consistent with section 6.05.2 of Ordinance 746. CONDITIONS .OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. ® 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F lst Revision, F-1 lst Revision, F-2 lst Revision, and F-3 lst Revision of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. Exhibit F'lst Revision shall be revised as follows; subject to staff approval: a. Indicate Blue background (Pantone:; #294), Ivory lettering (#2146), Brown trim (Pantone #469). b. Delete "D'& M Associates, Santa Clara, CA." and "Space". C. Locate "Storage" on top line. d. Decrease height of sign accordingly; an -increase in width is permissible. 11. A street address number shall be incorporated on the sign or building, sub- ject to staff review. 12. The 24 inch box specimen olive tree previously approved adjacent to subject building may be relocated to the area west of the caretaker's residence. The applicant shall supply a letter concerning this modification to the Planning and Building Departments. 13. The phone number depicted on Exhibit F lst Revision shall be permitted for a six month period only. The applicant shall retain the right to request a temporary extension of this permit from the Architectural and Site Approval Committee, if necessary.
