OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF
THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE,
ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR A NEW
rCOMMERCIAL/OFFICE BUILDING CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY
12,600 SQ. FT. AND A 200 SQ. FT. ADDITION TO THE
EXISTING BUILDING

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. The proposed development reflects .substantial .compliance with
approvals granted under Planning Commission Resolution No. 1940.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated
herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions
as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A 1st Revision,
® B, B-1 and C of this application except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
10. Subject to staff review and approval at the building permit level,
the landscape plan shall be revised to incorporate mounding along the
Bandley Drive frontage for purposes of screening parked cars, and
shall note that redwood sawdust with weed control shall be provided
in those significant areas' currently devoid of planting.
11. Lighting fixtures shall be as per those previously approved for the
Ski Any Mountana site (portrayed on Informational Exhibit -Sheet A3
of Application HC-51, 403.1). Details of said fixtures shall be
supplied at the building permit level.
12. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall have
the authority to review and require correction of any off -site light
intrustion impacts from exterior fixtures approved under this
application.
13. Signing does not comprise a protion of subject application at this time.
14. Prior to release of building permits, the applicant shall modify
the existing "Closed" sign to more closely harmonize withthe existing
free standing ground sign, subject to staff review and approval.
