RESOLUTION NO. 898
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING
A COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM FOR A COMMERCIAL
CENTER.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Bollinger Road and South De Anza Blvd.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. Approval of subject application is consistent with City of San Jose
signing requirements as specified by Section 19345.40 of Article
XIX (San Jose Zoning Ordinance).
CONDITIONS:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated
herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special condtitions
as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F and F-1 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions herein.
10. Subject to the Traffic Engineer's review and approval, a dimensioned
site plan specifying the precise location of the approved ground
sign shall be submitted at the building permit level.
11. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall
retain the authority to review and require correction of off -site
light intensity impacts for any sign approved under this application.
12. Exhibit F shall be modified at the building permit level to provide
for a maximum of 30 sq. ft. of signing area per side, consistent with
Section 19345.40 (lA8) of the San Jose Zoning Ordinance.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
