Reso 0901HC-51,375.2 RESOLUTION NO. 901 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR A 3,080 SQ. FT. COMMERCIAL/OFFICE BUILDING PROPERTY OWNER: Ushiro Hosono APPLICANT: Nicholas D. Papageorgiou ADDRESS: 1731 N. First Street, San Jose, CA 95112 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Alves Drive and Bandley Drive ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That subject development is consistent with conceptual approvals granted under Planning Commision Resolution Number 1946. 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A lst Revision,. B and B-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 40 10. Subject to staff review at the building permit lievel, the upper levels of the west elevation building facade shall be painted brown to match the plywood siding stain. 11. The precise landscape plan shall be revised to incorporate additional shrubbery materials throughout the site; particular emphasis shall be placed on south and west elevation planting types. Said landscape plan shall be reviewed informally by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee at the building permit level. 12. Subject to staff review at the building permit level, all landscape design standards specified in Policy 2-11 of the Comprehensive General Plan shall be incorporated into working drawings. 13. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall have the authority to review and require correction of any off -site light intrusion impacts from exterior fixtures approved under this application. 14. Signing for subject site is continued to a date uncertain.
