Reso 0912HC-51,450.2 RESOLUTION NO. 912 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 6,500 SQ. FT. PROPERTY OWNER: Borelli Brothers, A California Partnership APPLICANT: Warren B. Heid ADDRESS: 14630 Big Basin Way - P.O. Box 14, Saratoga, CA 95070 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 150 feet easterly of De Anza Boulevard FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The proposed plan achieves substantial compliance with conceptual approvals specified by Planning Commission Resolutions No. 1977 and 1978. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: ® 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A 2nd Revision, B, C, and E of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. The landscape plan shall be revised to reflect the site layout depicted in Exhibit A 2nd Revision subject to staff review and approval. 11. A registered landscape architect shall certify that the landscape plan ensures the protection of existing specimen trees. In particular, said professional person shall address the moisture toleration levels of the trees, and provide satisfactory measures as needed. 12. The ASAC or its staff shall retain the authority to review and require correction of off -site lighting impacts for any standard approved under this application. 13. The signing program for subject site has previously been established by ASAC Resolution No. 887, in conjunction with approvals granted for the adjacent easterly site. The applicant shall be permitted the option of situating the exterior stairways as shown in Exhibit A 2nd Revision, or as per the location portrayed in plans conceptually approved at the use permit level. 15. The applicant shall be permitted to increase the length of northerly parking stalls to 20 feet maximum.
