RESOLUTION NO. 915
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING
FOR AN OFFICE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. The proposed development reflects substantial compliance with
approvals granted under Planning Commission Resolutions -No. 1980,
1981 and 1982.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9.. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, B-1, B-2, C,
and C-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. Santa Clara County Sheriff Department comments contained in the letter
dated September 7, 1979 shall be incorporated into working drawings
submitted at the building permit level.
11. A minimum of four enclosed, long-term bicycle parking facilities shall be
provided at the building permit level, the details and locations of which
shall be subject to staff approval.
12. The proposed 10 ft. wide public sidewalk shall be reduced to 5 ft., with a
corresponding increase in frontage landscaping areas.
13. The ASAC or it's staff shall retain the authority to review and require
correction of any off -site light intrusion impacts which may result from
fixtures approved under this application.
14. Signing is not approved at the present time. The applicant shall note that
the Sheriff's Department comment concerning an illuminated directory
(contained in September 7, 1979 letter) will require ASAC approval at a
later date.
15. The landscape plan shall be modified at the building permit level to depict
additional trees in the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage area, subject to
staff review and approval.
