OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF
THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF MODIFICATIONS
TO SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING TO PERMIT
' A TENNIS COURT FACILITY WITHIN: 'A•SINGLE-FAMILY CLUSTER
DEVELOPMENT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That-.the,pr.oposed-.tefinis�.,court facility integrates in a satisfactory manner
with the environment-of.•subject site.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special condit.ons:a's enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 lst Revision, and
A-3
10. The retaining wall height shall be limited to 4 ft. maximum.
11. The chainlink fence shall be green in color.
12. Details of planting materials shall be provided to staff at the building
permit level. Evergreen trees shall be minimum 15 gallon in size.
Shrubbery materials shall consist of minimum 5 gallon sizes, and shall
have dense, high (approximately 10 ft. ) qualities.
13, The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall have the
authority to rev ew`an' require correction of any off -site light intrusion
impacts from exterior fixtures approved under this applicatio
Prior to release of a Certificate of Occupancy, the City shal abandon the
development rights in the tennis court area to the developer.

the Architectural and Site Approval Commmittee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
