OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF AN EXCEPTION TO SECTION 4.01 OF SIGN
ORDINANCE NO. 746.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Pruneridge Avenue, north of Freeway 280,
approximately 475 ft. west of Tantau Avenue.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The subject industrial complex has a large street frontage (approximately
800 feet).
2. There are several entrances to the complex from Pruneridge Avenue. The
requested directional signs shall reduce confusion about which entrance
to use.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The two signs shall be located at the entrances marked "Sign A" on
Exhibit A of this application.
9. The signs shall not exceed 4 sq. ft. in area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 1982, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
