FINDINGS:
The subject sign program is consistent with criteria specified in Sign Ordinance
No. 746.
1. The proposed modification is consistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746.
2. Approval is consistent with previous Architectural and Site Approval
Committee decisions to allow more than one copy color on a ground sign.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
® 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Committee Standard Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
