COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING
A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING SIGN PROGRAM.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this.•applicat16n.
1. The modification is consistent with the Sign Ordinance No. 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of this application
except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The time and temperature unit on the ground sign shall not be removed.
