PROPERTY OWNER: James A.Mor•.e:ing• APPLICANT: James A.More:ing: ADDRESS: Blaney and Bollinger Road, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Blaney Avenue and Bollinger Road ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The exception is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance No. 746. 2. The ground sign is existing and meets all ordinance requirements except that pertaining to sign area, which it exceeds by only 14 sq. ft. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 8.
