Reso 1011HC-51,581.1 r1 U RESOLUTION NO. 1011 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, AND LIGHTING FOR A 3,400 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING. PROPERTY OWNER: Mr. Mike Kermani APPLICANT: K-Land Consultant Engineers, Inc. ADDRESS: 125 E. Sunnyoaks, #107, Campbell, CA 95008 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side;of McClellan Road approximately 100 f.t.'.:west of De Anza Boulevard and continues around to De Anza Boulevard 145 ft. south of McClellan Road. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The proposal is consistent with the General Commercial Zoning Ordinance. 2. The proposal is consistent with previous approvals granted by the City Council and Planning Commission. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply 8. This approval is based on A -Alternate III and B-Alternate III of Application HC-51,581.1 except as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 9. Approval is subject to modification by the City Council of the Tentative Map Condition to allow vehicular access from McClellan Road. 10. Signing, landscaping and building materials are not approved at this time. 11. Windows shall be screened so as to ensure privacy of residents to south and west.
