FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the modification is consistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F 2nd Revision and
A 2nd Revision of Application HC-51,510.1 except as may be amended by
special conditions contained herein.
9. The frame from which the tenant signs hang shall reflect that shown in
Exhibit F of the original sign program. This includes the posts and
street address. The height shall be a maximum of 8 feet.
