OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR THE RUSTY PELICAN RESTAURANT.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Wolfe Road and
Pruneridge Avenue.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL;
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Committee Standard
Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a
conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The approval is based upon Exhibit A-1, B-3, B-4, F-1, F-?,
and F-3 of Application 6-U-84 as may be amended by
additional conditions contained herein.
18. In addition to the approved signs, the street address
numbers shall be prominently displayed such that they are
visible from the public street area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1984, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
call vote.
