OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERT I iNO APPROVING MODIFICATIONS
OF A SIGN PROGRAM TO ALLOW TWO MAJOR TENANT WALL
SIGNS FOR TWO NEW RETAIL BUSINESSES.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Portal Plaza Shopping Center on the
northeast corner of Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Portal Avenue.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special
conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the approval is based on Exhibits A-1, F-1, F-? and
F-35 of Application HC-51 , 6022. 1 .
10. In addition to the minor tenant provision, the Sign
Program shall allow two major tenant signs not to exceed
1 so. -ft. of sign area per each linear foot of store
-frontage on which the sign is mounted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1984, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
call vote:
