Proposed wording of the Condition is as follows: Standard Condition No. B. ASACo and Standard Condition No. 15~ Planning Commission. Electrical and telephone transformers shall be located outside of landscape areas adjacent to public street rights -of -way and screened with fencing and landscaping, or undergroanded, such that they are not visible from public street areas.
